.25 anastrozole 2 times per week

take 1 DHEA/Pregnenolone pill before bed. iirc its 50 dhea and 25 preg(or vise versa). its from Defy so maybe someone else is on the same thing and can confirm as the bottle isnt in front of me at the moment



i normally inject sun morning and wed nights. all subq. quit the anastrozole a couple of weeks ago after reading nelson's T to E ratio. and last week after seeing someone on this forum mentioning that they never take cyp and hcg together I shifted the hcg 1 day earlier to sat morning and tuesday night.

below are my most recent labs from july. i was on 70mg cyp 2x per week then but hcg and anastrozole stayed the same. no dhea/pregnenolone pills then. my sweet spot is 700-900 on total T, 21-23 on Free T, and 30 or so on E2. The combination of switching from lowtestosterone.com to Defy along with losing 35 pounds jacked my levels like crazy.

I used to feel pretty good and never had issues until HCG and later anastrozole due to high E2 was added. TBH I hate both of them.

Superman, your labs look pretty good, have you ever considered supplementing with dhea? I believe Gene injects hcg 3 times a week, you could also try that. I wonder what would happen if you stop your AI.

I have the same issue. See my thread I just started (7 Months on T-Injections and still low libido & Erectile Issues) in the "What's New" section of this forum.

I'm hoping some of our members will chime in with suggestions.

One thing I notice is I have two friends my age (66) that don't have prostate issues and they still have respectable erectile function and libido. One has a total T at around 800 and he can still go for two rounds with about a 20 minute rest between rounds and have sex every other day. My other friend has a total T level at around 550 and has sex 3 times a week.

So at least in my case, I am starting to put more attention in trying to address my enlarged prostate. There is not a lot of info out there. I've read an enlarged prostate can impact erectile function and libido but have found nothing that explained the mechanism for loss of libido due to this phenomenon. I can venture to guess an enlarged prostate exerts pressure around the groin area thereby squeezing the blood vessels to the penis resulting in poor blood flow, thus explaining ED, but not the loss of libido.

There's been discussions in this forum that mentioned Doxazosin helped improved libido. Up to now I've been avoiding taking meds for my prostate and have been taking natural supplements along with a low dose of daily Cialis. This seems to help a little. Any comments from anyone with en enlarged prostate who had success in regaining libido after using Doxazosin?

Thanks for chiming in. Yes I do notice a stronger stream and have been taking 5mg of Cialis daily. I saw your youtube video on stacking HCG with your T shots and am currently following your protocol. I was taking 100mg of T-cypionate weekly. When I got my prescription of HCG, I decided to copy your method of delivery, combining both T and HCG in the same syringe. My doctor prescribed 1000units of HCG per week. So I'm splitting that in half along with the T so I'll inject twice a week.

You were the only source I found on the internet that talked about low libido and decreased penis sensitivity. I've been on HCG for 4 weeks now, but haven't noticed any improvement in pleasurable sensations or libido yet. Normally how long does one have to be on HCG to start feeling the benefits? I do realize we all respond differently.

My doctor is saying my estradiol at 48 is not really that high. Regardless of numbers, my nipples feel a little raw and protruded and what slight improvement I had in libido a little while back had recently disappeared. So maybe the estradiol is too high for me. I will contact him and see what he recommends.

I just ordered your book "Testosterone," a man's guide last night and really looking forward to reading it.

I posted earlier in this thread, just after starting TRT, and also having experienced libido and ED issues, despite T levels being good, and E levels being reasonable.

My doc tried me on compounded DHEA 25 mg twice daily, and it seems to have worked. Libido is good, and it's great to have that back! ED is still present, but manageable with cialis.
