If you’re removing the red blood cells. Wouldn’t you see the results immediately?

Since I assume this is a whole blood donation, you just have less of exactly what you had before donating. Therefore the same concentrations of everything. Once your body replenishes the blood volume (plasma) you will then have the new values. This takes about 48 hrs.

I test usually 3 days after and it’s reflective in the results. Why do you assume 3%? I usually drop by 10%. Every tine.

I’ve never heard of anyone HCT dropping by 10%
