How long does it take for blood to reflect new HCT levels after donation?

The 3% drop wouldn't happen immediately after donating. wondering how long it would take for the blood levels to reflect the 3% drop?

Since I assume this is a whole blood donation, you just have less of exactly what you had before donating. Therefore the same concentrations of everything. Once your body replenishes the blood volume (plasma) you will then have the new values. This takes about 48 hrs.
