High Viamin B12

It's been a long time since I had my B12 tested. I supplement with Jarrow Methyl B-12 5000mcg lozenges. When I wake up in the morning, I just chew one up and don't really think about it. My levels are very high 1773 pg/mL range 221-700 pg/mL

Mine got up to that range at one point about 8 years ago. My doctor said that's one of the few things I "don't" have to worry about when/if it gets elevated.

I was advised to cut down my dosage ... I did, that was that. Never had any issues, sides or problems.

I don't really see the need to worry about it. Looking back at your previous blood test your h and h is staying about the same and you seem to be doing well and you are on metformen so the little extra b12 I can't see to be hurtfing you. If it would have elevated your h and h then I'd worry as ive heard that for some trt and too much b12 can do that.
