Updated Labs: Low Vit D/B12/Platelets questions

Basics. 34 Years old, 5'7" 123.5-125.60 lbs on average. ALL testing done through Labcorp, most of it is a preconsulation blood work up from Defy Medical.

Current meds: Paxil 5mg (been on it since 1999, used to be on larger dose, cannot get off of it), occasional Cialis 5mg or Viagra/Revatio 20-100mg, Vitamin C 500mg and B6 100mg not religiously.

I did a basic CBC/CMP/Urinalysis/A1C/Lipid back in late December 2016, noticed high cholesterol, lowish WBC, high range of normal hematocrit/hemoglobin, but nothing really stood out otherwise. Did the discountedlabs.com total & free test level back in March, pulled a 429 total (348/1197) and a free 9.27 (5.0-21.0) with another highish hematocrit of 49.9 (up from 49.1 in December).

Since then I have joined the gym in the last month and have been working out hard when I go but my recovery sucks (been a long time since I worked out hard though), I have also taken the occasional Viagra and 5mg Cialis since last test level readings, as well as added B6, was already taking vitamin C 500mg somewhat daily. I spoke with Defy and got some blood work from them and a few things from life extension. Im still waiting to schedule my local physical before doing the consulatation with Defy, so in the mean time, maybe somebody can get me in the right direction if should be expecting a clomid restart, or should I not mess with anything at all?

I will type up the more important stuff since I cant get PDF files to edit or transfer to paint and into a jpeg very easily.

If anybody wants me to post anything else from the CMP or CBC let me know. My AST & ALT went up a little but that's prob from working out, my eGFR is higher but that's a good thing right?

Symptoms: have lost a bit of weight in last few months after holding steady for over a year, severe erectile issues (always been an issue on paxil at higher doses, but never this bad and not this bad on this low of a dose), premature (never had this issue before), long refractory period, even lower energy than normal, LOW libido, poor life outlook and severely reduced ambition/drive that I cannot put into words, fog, weird stomach issues etc. Have lost more hair recently, it's genetic, but it really started moving more in the last year. Strength, endurance and recovery are garbage but they have been for awhile.

I really expected something more to stick out to explain the demolished sex drive & erectile issues? Maybe the estradiol is too low? Im sure the lowish B12 and low D25 arent helping at all. I mean my T is lowish, but it went up a hair since the last test.

It's easy and inexpensive to raise your D3 and B12, just supplement with Jarrow B12 and NOW D3. I wouldn't worry about your low platelets, not too low. As long as you're on SSRI's your testosterone will probably be low.

I kind of wonder if I have an absorption issue to some degree. I'm doing Now 2000iu D as of yesterday, I think I might go for injections on b12 as I have never ever felt anything taking it orally. I wonder if the Paxil is dropping the numbers? I hate that garbage.

That's some serious B12 results on the ole test there, good lord! lol So B12 isnt one to worry about being over the top in range? I know some people think Vitamin D can get too high pretty quickly?

I didnt even know there was a more sensitive D test. I guess I will keep supplementing and see what levels do. I wonder how long I should wait to retest?

I did originally did have my levels checked every 6 months, now that my D level are stable. I check them once a year.

I just wonder what's playing the largest role as far as sexual dysfunction? I don't think my T levels are THAT far in the dirt, but I don't know?

There are a lot of benefits of using daily Cialis, one of them is increase penis sensitivity. I would recommend that you use it daily, if you have no side effects.

At over $300 a month, unfortunately that's not even remotely an option for me in the immediate future. :( It also doesn't help with drive or refractory period for me either, helps with erections, but not the other, although taking it daily would possbly make a change from what I have read.

That's not bad at all. I really dont want to have to "rely" on them at 34 though, but I do understand there are some other benefits as well. Does the stuff from there seem legit when compared to actual name brand Cialis? I looked at the stuff from iron dragon and maximum peptide but dont wanna guess dosage for daily use with the suspension liquids.

So is my estradiol low enough to be a concern? I see people concerned with theirs often, but they are already on TRT. Are my LH and FSH numbers a concern? Also edited and added ferritin as I had forgotten to post it.

The stuff I buy from India pharmacies, I believe is legit. I have never used the actual Cialis brand, so I can't compare it.

I don't think your estradiol levels are low compare to your testosterone, if your T was higher your E2 would follow higher.
Like I said earlier, I believe that "As long as you're on SSRI's your testosterone will probably be low".
Maybe SSRI's is something you need to be on for the immediate future or longer.

Nobody should be on SSRI's lol and least of all myself, they are the devil. The symptoms being allegedly treated aren't as bad as the side effects of the medicine. Not even close.

I think you might have issues in the thyroid department? The thyroid results you provided (except TSH) don't mean anything for making any true assessment on how things sit with the thyroid. Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, and Antibodies (TPO and TgAb) will provide the talking points needed to discuss your thyroid profile.
