Basics. 34 Years old, 5'7" 123.5-125.60 lbs on average. ALL testing done through Labcorp, most of it is a preconsulation blood work up from Defy Medical.
Current meds: Paxil 5mg (been on it since 1999, used to be on larger dose, cannot get off of it), occasional Cialis 5mg or Viagra/Revatio 20-100mg, Vitamin C 500mg and B6 100mg not religiously.
I did a basic CBC/CMP/Urinalysis/A1C/Lipid back in late December 2016, noticed high cholesterol, lowish WBC, high range of normal hematocrit/hemoglobin, but nothing really stood out otherwise. Did the discountedlabs.com total & free test level back in March, pulled a 429 total (348/1197) and a free 9.27 (5.0-21.0) with another highish hematocrit of 49.9 (up from 49.1 in December).

Since then I have joined the gym in the last month and have been working out hard when I go but my recovery sucks (been a long time since I worked out hard though), I have also taken the occasional Viagra and 5mg Cialis since last test level readings, as well as added B6, was already taking vitamin C 500mg somewhat daily. I spoke with Defy and got some blood work from them and a few things from life extension. Im still waiting to schedule my local physical before doing the consulatation with Defy, so in the mean time, maybe somebody can get me in the right direction if should be expecting a clomid restart, or should I not mess with anything at all?
I will type up the more important stuff since I cant get PDF files to edit or transfer to paint and into a jpeg very easily.

If anybody wants me to post anything else from the CMP or CBC let me know. My AST & ALT went up a little but that's prob from working out, my eGFR is higher but that's a good thing right?
Symptoms: have lost a bit of weight in last few months after holding steady for over a year, severe erectile issues (always been an issue on paxil at higher doses, but never this bad and not this bad on this low of a dose), premature (never had this issue before), long refractory period, even lower energy than normal, LOW libido, poor life outlook and severely reduced ambition/drive that I cannot put into words, fog, weird stomach issues etc. Have lost more hair recently, it's genetic, but it really started moving more in the last year. Strength, endurance and recovery are garbage but they have been for awhile.
I really expected something more to stick out to explain the demolished sex drive & erectile issues? Maybe the estradiol is too low? Im sure the lowish B12 and low D25 arent helping at all. I mean my T is lowish, but it went up a hair since the last test.
