So I had my dht tested and it came back triple the range. This is just from 14mg Test E daily (I also inject .1mcg estradiol EOD because of low e2). Any thing to look at why I convert so much to DHT, I’m almost certain this is what lowers my E2 and gives me sides. Any natural ways to lower it? I did try scrotal test cream but that was almost 2 years ago and levels weren’t even this high.

There’s a pretty substantial difference in the half-life between topical cream and injections.

You’re injecting daily and your hormone levels are virtually unchanging, always elevated whereas the cream levels fluctuates wildly.

Daily infections usually causing too many problems for you hormonally forcing you to supplement estrogen.

Time to return to testosterone cream or start oral testosterone, Kyzatrex or Jatenzo.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
