Hi to everyone!

My name is Lloyd,I'm 57 and have had all my blood work done for Defy including the medical.
I wasn't approved by my local Urologist for TRT even though my sex drive and ability to maintain a decent erection have taken a big hit over the last three or four years,I have gone the Cialis,Viagara route and the cialis helped at first for about a year.
In addition although I work out three times a week in the gym and do two cardio days I have been unable to get lean enough around the middle. My strength is pretty good for a 57 year old and I manage to maintain a fair amount of good quality muscle without anabolic's so the decision to pursue trt is not being taken lightly.

My blood done by the urologist was just psa 0.8 test 420 free test 61,I should add here that I was using a natural test booster with an over the counter supplement type AI which is supposed to unbind test so it didn't surprise me that my free test was not as dismal as some of the charts I've seen.

I'm waiting on the lab to finish the rest of my blood work which was ordered and I'm really hoping I will be approved for trt,at least I would like to have a trial run to see if it improves my situation in the sack and just general well being,my joints feel like they take a beating and since I still am very active that would be an added huge benefit.
I feel like the next decade should be the best I can make it,I'm still strong and relatively healthy, all I need is everything else to still work and I can get there.

Please excuse my rambling and thanks for indulging me.

We're glad you joined Excelmale. As you discovered when you completed the blood panel for Defy, you didn't receive a full workup from your current doctor. You will be in good hands with Drs. Saya and Crisler.

All the best.

Hi Paul-E,no I have not had any thyroid tests done. That's good advice though,I will speak to my local doc about getting that checked out as well.

Thanks Coastwatcher
I did notice that the blood panel ordered by Defy was very extensive and I hope they can get closer to pinpointing what my issue might be.
