Will you add T3 to your protocol?

I’m going to be requesting natural desiccated thyroid I think. Which has both T4 and T3. My issue is low total T3, low total T4, low free T4, normal RT3, normal TSH, and upper range free T3. So I think my free T3 might be pooling in the blood and not getting into the cells. I’m still doing research about it, and not sure if NDT would be the best choice, or just straight T3. I’m leaning towards NDT though.
