Hello from Dr. John Crisler

Hi guys!

I'll be checking in to see if I can help out a bit.

I'd like to add that I have been sending my patients to www.DiscountedLabs.com when they either have to pay out-of-pocket, or if their medical insurance coverage is not very good, saving them a lot of money. Used them hundreds of times already, and it worked great every time.

Dr. Crisler,

Could you update us on your treatment of high HCT, please? I know you and Dr. Saya have/had a difference of opinion. I am one of his patients and my HCT is around 52. I live at 1 mile elevation. I am taking GSE and Metformin in an effort to keep it down. My last blood work 6 mos ago showed no increase for the first time. I've never done phlebotomy and have a phobia about it. I'm due for blood work next week. Thank you.

There is a lot of discussion on here about the proper HCG protocol. Being new tothis I know is probably redundant and you get asked a million times but I've heard multiple different versions of your theory on how to take it. What is your actual updated feeling on the proper protocol for HCG.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
