Hcg yes or no

Hi from spain.:)is absolutely necessary to use hcg in trt? for health in general.if you do not want more children and your testicles do not matter the size ...

"Necessary"? No. There's plenty of men who don't use it and even those that tried it and hated how it made them feel, for that matter. Personally, I couldn't care less about fertility- I'm in it for the other benefits. We still don't know how every hormone works and interacts with everything else, so I feel better knowing I'm keeping as many "circuits" intact and working as possible. IIRC, there's been at least 7 "downstream" hormones identified that were cut off or reduced in men on TRT in the absence of HCG. I don't like that idea. I tolerate it just fine, and it's in my budget, so I do it. YMMV.

I felt initially very tired from it but it fade away maybe 70 percent.
Now I feel better sexually with it than without it. My cum has reduced a lot without the HCG which sucked a lot.
I added it only 4-5 weeks after I've started TRT. Some people say I should have waited more without introducing HCG and my seamen would return without the HCG, but I do not see how this would happen. And anyway I still do not have kids and would prefer to have my testicles and fertility work ALL THE TIME
I go increased heart rate from it one week ago. My HR would go to 90-105 for a few days, now it has reduced in the 80s. Hope to come down below 80 like was before.
