Okay fellas, I am still learning as I go so bare with me. A couple weeks ago I made a thread about some of my symptoms while on my protocol, most of the answers/advice I got was maybe my dosing was too high (T). After thinking about it and learning more and more about dosing measurements I also think I might be over doing in, I am waiting for a call back from my Dr. about making an appt hopefully next week.
I am going to suggest cutting my whole protocol in half.
At the moment I am taking 2 150mg injections a week of cypionate(300mg total), 500 units of hcg also twice a week (1000units) and anastrozole also twice a week.
I have a question about my HCG and for those also taking it. Does your HCG have b-12 mixed into it? Is this ingredient a must? Mine is bottle says "HCG Fortified (B12A-500mcg/ml). I am thinking the b-12 has to be contributing to my symptoms. The more I learn I think I am on too much T but b-12 in the mix can't help it any. Can you get HCG only without b-12? Or does it have to be mixed in with it?
I remember years ago I tried b-12 capsules to help with my energy and hated the way I felt on them, I also had an incident about a year ago. I posted a thread on here about a year ago when I got my first injection of T and HCG with b-12 and I had 2 horrible panic attacks that night. I freaked out enough to stop taking any T till months later, well that and the fact that Dr. wanted me to go in every time to get an injection because she doesn't allow self injecting.
So again, if you are taking HCG does it have to contain b-12 or can you get a bottle of only HCG because if you can that is also something I am going to tell the Dr. to change. I'm not a fan at all of b-12.
