HCG less effective while on nandrolone?

I’m on trt 100 mg a week, and use 2000 units a week of hcg, when I add on 100mg nandrolone I feel like my testicles get smaller despite continuous use of the hcg. Anyone have similar experiences? Is there a lab test to see if my testes are working? My sperm tests have been zero for some time now (it was 1million per ml even before trt).
