Has anyone had any really bad sides with PT-141?

this syringe has 60 units. So if I counted well 6 units is 1mg?

I am injected on sunday morning first time 3 units, so approx 0,5mg. (if I counted well )
I didn't recognise any body response after one hour. So I got the syringe again, set it for 6 units, and injected. It was 1mg, if ..... So at 9am 1.5mg was in my body.
I am waited all day, and watched myself. There was Absolutely nothing body response!
All day nothing! afternoon I am started to watch some sex movie. And I started stimulate myself. I got good hard erection. I tried t test, if it is the peptide or just myself so stopped stimulation and movie. After 15 minutes, I lost the erection.
already 1,5 day gone, and the 1.5mg of pt-141 was absolutely effectless.

Just a weird feeling that later turns into nausea, yawning and sickening erections (usually 3+ hrs). You don't have to stimulate or get aroused. It's like a forced erection. If the dosage is high enough it will flush you up all over your body immediately.

I don't agree with microdosing if it works anything like MTII since the effects as well as the side effects seem to taper off. Eventually it wont do much if you keep taking it everyday. IME it works best if you take a decent dosage out of the blue when you need it. Lots of side effects but also very potent positive effects...

You probably have a junk peptide and need to find a new source. Or just go with MTII. You will get a decent tan too. Overall I find it a poor choice for sex since it takes hours to kick in and the nausea is a big deal breaker for me. I can't even have a normal workout or break a sweat the next day in the gym due to the long half life. It also jacks up your blood pressure big time. Can anyone clarify if you get the same kind of nausea with PT-141?

It has 60 units maximum.

HOW TO USE PEN​

All of our injection pens will release 0.5ml water every 60 dials.

We mix this product with 2ml water therefore to calculate what 1 dial on the pen will release you will need to divide the full amount of product (e.g. if the product has 5mg divide 5000mcgs) by the full amount of dials on the pen (240)

So what is the proper units number on the pen to get 1mg, or 2mg ?

If I understand correctly 60 units = 0.5ml which would be 2.5mg if they mix 2ml with 10mg of peptide. So if you divide that by half you get around 1.25mg for 30 units on the pen. 1 unit on your pen = 10000/240=41,6mcg so sounds like you just didn't inject enough.

That said, I would not be buying pre-mixed peptides... or pens. Due to multiple reasons like peptide degradation and price.

100 units on an insulin syringe = 1cc.

For example, I use a 3/10cc syringe. I have 10mg of PT-141 dissolved into 1cc of bac-water. 1/10cc = 1 mg, so 10 units on the syringe.

So if you're using a 6/10cc syringe, the measurement is still the same (presuming 10mg of PT-141 dissolved into 1cc of bac-water). 10 units on the syringe would be 1mg...20 units would be 2mg, etc.

It all involves how much PT-141 was dissolved into how much bac-water - not the syringe itself.

It's literally amazing how chicken shit I am to inject this stuff.

Not pathetic at all...it's called approaching with caution and is a very wise way to try a new substance. Anytime I use something new, I always inject a very small amount to see if it elicits a negative reaction. What if I'm allergic to it? If no adverse reaction, then I titrate up...rinse and repeat. We're all different and a 300mcg dose of substance X for person A might make person B feel like utter crap or worse.

Going low and slow means you've matured as an adult.

Flushing and slight nausea are typical but go away quickly. I noticed I have some body aches and pains the next day in old injuries. Take it no more than 3x a week or the effectiveness goes away. I take .20ml if it is from a compounding pharmacy and noticed I have to up the does to. 30ml if from peptide sciences.

It can be an extremely dangerous dangerous peptide IMO, melanocortins are involved in anhedonia: Why the thrill is gone: Scientists identify potential target for treating major symptom of depression.

I actually had a very bad case of induced persistent anhedonia years ago from using this peptide just once. I had to get ECT to treat it. This may be rare but is extremely serious a side effect. My entire system crashed, and I never had experienced anhedonia before the injection.

I never had any positive experiences with PT-141, no bad ones either. It was a bust. Surprisingly though, Melanotan II gave me a serious libido bump. It also gave me moles...

Just tried it, used a cautios approach: first tried nasal spray 500mcg:nothing after 2 days 1000mcg nasal: nothing other 2 days 2000mcg nasal:nothing then after a week I went for subQ again with 500mgc:nothing. after 2 days 1000 mcg: nothing, waited an other 2 days and tried 1500mcg: nothing again. I was expecting at least a mild effect or some kind of adverse effect, nothing at all if only maybe a bit of stomach upset. Arithmetic for 10 mg diluted with 1 ml of bac water is listed above in the previous reply.

Simple: 10 mg diluted with 1 ml of bac water equates to 1 mg of PT-141 for every 10 units on an insulin syringe.

No need to waste it. Just adjust up by 3 times. For me I use a pit more water since I use small doses and it's harder to judge the amount in the syringe with less water. But over time you'll figure out what works for you.

Why do you use smaller doses? This will be our first time taking peptides so worried it'll cause nausea.

Based on the amount of water I added (3ml) do you think a good starting amount for a male would be 0.3ml and for a woman 0.6ml?
