Hair loss on TRT

I am currently on 100mg/week Test Cypionate, and .25mg Analtrozole same day. My body is more hairy than ever since I got on TRT.

But I am seeing more hair thining on my head. Hair gets longer but hair is thining on my head. Little hair loss specially on sides on forehead.

I am in my low's 40 and parents do not have any baldness history.

What could be the reason if anyone can tell me or have any suggestion.

Just because your parent's don't have any hair loss at an older age in no way spares you.

A large percentage of women on anastrozole report hair loss. You have your reason for hair loss.

I think I need to stop Anastrozole than and see how that works for me.

It all depends on ur E2 levels. Anastrozole itself doesn’t cause hairloss, it’s the crashed/ low E2 that causes it

If you are not at all prone to Gyno you probably don't need Anastrozole. A lot of guys can get some reduction of aromatase activity by taking about 50mg of Zinc instead of anastrozole. Estrogen suppression isn't always a good thing for the circulatory system either as estrogen is endothelial protective.
