Free Testosterone will on TRT

I made a post a few months ago re: TRT. I received some odd test results. Background - almost 3 years on TRT. Felt good for almost all of it. 200 mg/ml - 1 ML vial. Prescription was 0.5 ML each week. In November 2024, I started a new 10 week script. I was not feeling the best and something was off. In December 2024, my blood tests came back Free Testosterone 39.2 (scale 46-224) and Estradiol was 32 (scale <=39). Odd for my Testosterone to go LOWER when taking weekly shots and my Estradiol to increase from 15.4 (in October 2024). I reached out to the manufacturer to complain last week - Cipla. I knew something was off - especially with my mental health and weight loss/muscle loss/lack of energy. I lost almost 15lbs from November to January without trying.
