Erectile issues tend, in so many cases, to be multifaceted challenges. An association with a particular lab value, particularly one that is as devilishly challenging to accurately report as free testosterone, is going to be hard to establish. It might well be the case that an increase such as you suggest could have an impact, but then again it may well not. Zooka - I have not noticed better erection quality in going from 12 ng/dl - 20ng/dl, but what I have noticed is a difference in the quality and quantity of my morning erections when increasing free testosterone from 12 to 20. As Coastwatcher said, erection quality can depend on so many different things.

I do think that has a lot to do with many a young man's issues. It's subtle but there.

My Free T is over 3%, off the lab charts due in large part to SHBG=12, and that hasn't helped my ED in the least. With my partner, or "alone" with my porn.

Pre-TRT my FT was VERY low. I believe on my last test FT was 34, after two years on TRT. FT has had zero effect on erection quality for me. Other factors, such as keeping my estradiol in-check have had a much bigger effect.
