Hey guys, I posted before being 28 years old, feeling tired all the time, symptoms of low T, easy to gain fat and hard to lose weight, gain muscle. My testosterone came at 425. I've been on clomid 15mg everyday as Justin Saya suggested at defy medical. The numbers looked great, but I hated being on it. It gave me kind of a nausea/anxiety feeling everytime I'm on it. I don't feel any better at all, so I'm wondering if its something else besides low t? I got tested for sleep apnea but it came back negative, I get great sleep 8-9 hours per day. I'm very fatigue all the time, no motivation to do anything in life.

Your estrogen levels are through the roof!

You need to discuss adding in an aroamatase inhibitor to get that serum level down in the 30's.

The symptoms you are feeling can be directed to the elevated level.

Dr. Saya knows what to do.

As Gene noted, your E2 needs to be backed down before you can get a sense of the success of your current protocol. When do you consult Dr. Saya?

thanks for the fast reply. This was about 4 weeks ago and justin Saya prescribed it to me. I have a follow up on next Tuesday with Justin Saya. What's the solution besides taking ai? Besides feeling like shit all the time, will clomid eventually wear my testosterone back down to baseline? Is clomid good for long term use?

You will feel a lot better after getting your E2 under control. I don't know what your specific goals and situation are but Clomid can be used to "re-start" your natural T production, or can be used long-term like TRT. I would guess that at your age, Dr Saya may be trying to re-start your natural production. Basically after a set time of Clomid use, you go off of it and then test your T levels again in 4-6 weeks and see if they have maintained at a healthy level. If they have, then you are good to go. If they have dropped to pre-treatment levels then you may explore gong on TRT or trying another round of Clomid. Dr Saya can explain this in much greater detail next week.

Just done talking to Justin Saya. He wants me to get tested again after some weeks to make sure I can sustain my levels and prescribed me .25 ai twice a week. He told me I'll likely feel better once my estrogen is lower and keep taking clomid for 3 months since my body is able to produce testosterone really well. My symptoms is probably from high estrogen. So keeping my testosterone high while estrogen lower is the goal.

I know Dr. Saya is one of the best. I would follow his advice 100%. :)
