More evidence that increasing omega-3 increases inflammation.
Don’t really understand the butter reference. Butter from grass fed ruminant animals as always been a super food throughout our evolution (since we started consuming it obv) and was only vilified when we were tricked into believing that saturated fats are bad for us and are what cause cardiovascular disease. We now know again, that butter from grass fed ruminant animals is a super food, and with the internet being a thing, I doubt we’ll ever forget this/ be tricked into thinking it’s bad for us, ever againOpinions (and research) seem to change often with regards to this, a bit like the old "butter is bad for you / butter is good for you" etc etc. I'm pretty sure omega 3 supplements have been shown to reduce triglycerides though, unless that's now changed...
Don’t really understand the butter reference..
Ya same here in the U.S.Well you actually explained the reference right after that sentence - it was vilified, then attitudes went back the other way (at least here in the UK, so i'm guessing also in the USA).
