I wanted to get some feedback from the members on how much fish oil they supplement daily and what content of DHA and EPA were in them. I take 3000mg of fish oil daily, which contains about 750mg of each total.
My TRT Doc asked me to take 3000-4000 a day. I asked him if he had a recommendation on one since I know nothing about fish oil. He said Nordic Naturals Omega -3 is a good brand he uses. The bottle says 1 teaspoon is 1650 EPA 745 DHA 500 and other 315
