Start with 12 units if using 30/1/10

Remember to masturbate for a few min before and after injecting and to press hard on injection site for a few seconds after injection. Do not take aspirin, Omega 3 or Vitamin E for two days prior to injecting otherwise you may get a bruise.

i can see this might become a pain in the a** to get to where i need to be, called the compounding pharmacy. they wanted to know answers to 3 questions (how long it takes for erection, duration of erection, and rigidity) then they recommend to doctor the increase of ratios. i don't want to keep playing around with the ratios, just put me there. and cost wise it costs me more for the lower dose as i have to use more and it's the same cost for the increased amount. it's $90 for 2 vials which i hear is good. answers to those questions @ 20 units of what i am taking currently are 1-20 minutes needing stimulation 2- after coming erection over 3-scale of 1 to 10 is a 3 but the erection is not a full blown erection as other men tell or as it should be. when i need refill i hope they cooperate...

I wonder if the drug is compromised. If it is not kept cold from the time it's formulated at the pharmacy to your home and it gets warm it will lose it's potency.

This stuff works and works wonderfully...trust me, I know.

Get the stronger formula as do the prescribed dose.

You should be getting 100% hard erections lasting at least an hour.

I'd tell the pharmacy and the Doctor the drug is not effective, you want a stronger formula and credit as well for the first vial...they should honor that.

it came shipped to me refrigerated in a styrofoam container with ice packs so i dont think that is the issue. i am nowhere near an hour nor strong enough for my wife to be on top of me. i just have to try 40 units of what i have then hopefully when its refill time convince them to go to 30/1/10...

craig65, I have the same mix as you. I require 40 - 50 for full erection. That dosage gives me erections that last about 3 hours. I need that long to please.

I'm in your area often, I wouldn't mind demonstrating injection for you. If it wouldn't freak you out watching a dude inject himself. Or, if you're in Nashville

update - according to the pharmacist i injected 50units, great results! hard in less than 10minutes, lasted about 2 and a half to 3 hrs. awesome. i could prob come down to 46 to 48 units but wouldnt it be better using a higher ratio and a lower dose??? seems like an awful lot to inject plus it will cost more this way because i am using more per injection and the cost is the same. no need for a demonstration sportypig but thank you. nelson, i am good with it being shipped this way, p3 compounding was highly recommended. anyones thoughts on ratio vs dosage???

thats what i think also!!! its also a little uncomfortable to inject due to the needle being out so far cause there is 50 units in there. i think it would be common sense for stronger formula/lower dosage but i must recommend/convince pharmicist to recommend that to my urologist...

so from the time I started trimix until this point I have gotten things under control as far as dosage. I don't know if my body wasn't taking it to it the first few times or I wasn't injecting completely correct as my units were so high but now I am down to 22 units lasting 2 and a half hours or slightly better, next time I will drop to 20 or 18 and see where I am at. there is no doubt that this is great medicine. seems like it enables you to go much longer to the point that its a forever thing and she is wore out by that time; maybe by lowering dosage will shorten time to come as well??? the long sex is awesome although i'd like to finish a little bit easier, ya know what I mean???

Most guys do not need more than 0.15 ml of the regular TRIMIX formula unless they have been injecting for years. This dose is based on an hour erection. I would not push for longer erections since the risk of fibrosis is increased as blood sits there for that long.

I am not as lucky like you US folks. There is no Trimix in Europe as far as I know. We do have caverject but is that a good alternative or? Any experiences out there?

Are you in the UK Tommy? I've tried for ages to get Trimix shipped over here,no one wants to know. Neither my doctor or Uro had actually heard of it! Caverject didn't work for me at a dose of 20mcg and I was told that it probably wouldn't work at a higher dose. I 've since heard that this was bad advice by my Uro, most men seem to need the full 40mcg dose.
I can get a prescription for Trimix in the States but can't get it shipped over, bloody frustrating, I've already lost one relationship because of it. I'm at the stage now of thinking about compounding my own using Caverject from the Uro and buying the other meds outside of the Uk.

Mantaman I am swedish but reside in Portugal. I agree I would very much be able to buy Trimix but it seems impossible. It would be interesting to hear from someone that have tried both and can compare them. Your idea seems interesting but a bit risky just be careful. You don´t want a boner lasting for hours.

I asked my uro to prescribe me Caverjet and he simply said "no that´s is the last restort" and prescribed Levitra. I don´t like the side effects therefor injecting before sex without any side effect would be better I think.

thank you gene! to mantaman and tommy. years and years (15-20yrs) of pills I have taken then finally they did not work, trimix recommended by family doctor and off to the urologist I went, it was that easy. he called it in and after some trial and error it is by far the best medicine out there for e.d. it seems extremely reliable with incredible results. yo owe it to yourself to do everything possible to try trimix!

I must be really sensitive to Trimix. Did .50 last October, which was a disaster that sent me to ER and got drained. Tried .04 last night and lasted 7-8 hrs, had to take 2 Sudafed and sniff lots of poppers. Dont really think it's for me and if I do again it will be .02. Great option though if ED becomes a big problem.
