first time trimix

first time posting, age 52, pills no longer work effectively, tried trimix for the first time today with no effect. i am not good with the numbes/ticks of the insulin needle although i talked with pharmicist and of course the urologist. my first dose was halfway to the "10" (3 ticks) and nothing. i believe i injected properly. what to do next?

Please tell us what your vial label says (mg of each of the three ingredients).

What type of syringe?

Where did you get the vial from?

You may be injecting 0.15 cc which should work if you are using the most commonly used formulation (there are 5 formulations out there).

Did you have to add water to it or did it come prediluted?

Try no more than 0.2 cc (2 units) and have some real Sudafed ready in case (everyone who is starting Trimix should get some behind the counter Sudafed. If erection lasts for more than 3 hours, chew the Sudafed).

Always wait for at least 8 hours to try another dose.

i am also confused as to exactly where my dosage is. I am using a 100 unit syringe. you said try 0.2cc (2 units) where exactly is that? the first dosage which had no effect was halfway between 0 and 10. I've never used needles nor been around anyone who has. please help.

I see a lot of posters quoting quantities/doses and many are incorrect. We are potentially setting someone up for a major setback. I think we need some pictorials to help explain better.

20 units attempted tonight with not so great results, better than at 5 units? yes but nowhere near the claims made here. could i penetrate? easily. was i hard enough for my wife to be on top of me? no. did the erection come without stimulation? no. after coming did i stay hard? no. rock hard? no way. my wife is smokin hot, i want so bad to be rock hard and keep an erection for at least an hour so where do i go from here? up the dose? been married all but 14yrs and been dealing with ED for 8 or 9 of it. any and all thoughts and advice would be appreciated, thanx!

maybe i am not finding that "sweet spot", watched video and read thru doctors paperwork thoroughly, nothing hurts when i inject, maybe my case of ED is worse than i thought. i am slightly closer than halfway to the base on the right side at 9 oclock, go for 10 oclock at halfway? i really hate the trial and error! prior to trimix i had to take a couple viagra/cialis which i already know is no good, i was only giving everyone an example as to where i am at and with the last few attempts at pills that wasnt so great either, pills used to work great, rock hard, not so much anymore, they work but they work dangerously...

I believe that mixture is only half of the normal standard strength.

if you used half way to 10, you probably used 0.05 ml. Very few people can get much from so little half-strength Trimix.

If you got some results at 20, but not enough, you will probably need 40 units. But I would try 30 units first. The difference between not enough and too much is not that great. Next time get full-strength Trimix.

Location is not critical. Nearer the base is just more comfortable. You just need a bigger dose.

id really like to get some more comments on mixing ratios, nelson had mentioned there are 5 different ratios used. do certain compounding pharmacies only do certain ratios, can a stronger ratio be requested, how does this work?

Papaverine 30mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 1mg/mL, Prostaglandin E1 10mcg/mL

There is also 2 of QUADMIX:

Papaverine HCl 30mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 2mg/mL, Prostaglandin E1 20mcg/mL, Atropine Sulfate 200mcg/mL
