So I joined this forum a few weeks ago,was advised to get theese tests done and I did.
I haven't a clue what they mean and need advice on what meds to take....
I see about 8 of these tests are marked LOW on the results sheet.

So as to give you a little background about myself..................
I am 52 years old.I live in Thailand.
I am not an athlete or body builder.I can't exercise,I have fibromyalgia.

I am doing all this HRT hoping that it will help my fibromyalgia.
I have been taking 6 testocaps and 2 nature thyroid pils per day for a few months.
I know I should have got tests done before I started taking these hormones
but I didn't and have to work from here.

So.....how bad am I,,,,,,,and what should I do............

Do you have a doctor that will help you set up a protocol.
No,
I live in rural Thailand and all doctors any where near me would be dinasors and crooks.

I am going to try to do it without a doctor.
If.I have to go to one to write a perscription I want to be able to tell him what to write it for.

Thanks for your help.
I was afraid the thread had gone dead.

What I realy need to know is are the results I posted above
enough to go on or do I need to include the ranges.

My laptop and important papers got lost changing flights in an airport. The lab results were among my papers.

Are the results above enough to go on or do I need to do all the tests again.
It's a. really big deal for me because if I have to do them again I won't be able to afford it for a few months and I am sick and want to start my protocal imediatlly

your results look ok, but your testosterone is low. this is with taking 6 caps per day? you need to up the dose.

Thanks at15,
Yes I take 6 tesrocaps per day and still have lo libido.
So I expected that result

What about Thyroidlevels.I also take 2 natural thyroid pils a day.
Should I keep taking them.

I can't see HGH,is it in my results.

is my vitimin D low.

Thanks for your help.

you can go ahead and increase to 12 caps per day. 4 caps morning/noon/evening.

all your thyroid numbers are "within the normal ranges" so you could just keep doing what your doing. why did you start taking these thyroid pills anyway?

vitamin D level is really good.

Taking 12 caps would get really expensive.
Could I change to injections and how would that work.

I started taking thyroid hormone because it's the first one that
they check for fibromyalgia.

How about HGH is it on the list of tests.

I really appreciate this help by the way.
