I've been trying to improve my semen parameters to conceive without IVF while staying on TRT.
The semen analysis with Total Sperm Count of 109.25 M was done in 2020 before I started TRT. I was on Clomid 25mg daily.
The semen analysis with Total Progressive Sperm of 0.08 M was done in 2023. I was on TRT and hCG 1000 IU 2x week
The semen analysis with Total Progressive Sperm of 0.9 M was done in 2024. I was on TRT and hCG 1000 IU 3x week and FSH 75 IU 3x week.
The semen analysis with Total Progressive Sperm of 33.6 M was done in 2025. I was on TRT and hCG 1000 IU 3x week, FSH 225 IU 3x week and Enclomiphene 25mg daily.
The only thing that is stubborn is the morphology. How can I improve morphology?
