I had very low Testostorone (less than 200) and estradiol was very low as well. Doctor at defy gave me once a week injection of test cyp of 0.8 ml and 0.35 ml twice per week of HCG. I thought I was getting better but on the third week of the treatment, I suddenly crashed. Pain is extreme, feel very low. My doctor told me that since my estradiol is very low I won't need a blocker. I have had 6 injections of HCG and 3 test cyp so far. My breasts are a little sensitive, I think but not very sensitive, I am not very sure yet.

I feel too low and pains are at the highest.
What can it be? I was told that this is the lowest doze for someone who has extremely low estradiol and Testostorone. Does doing sex deplete or decrease Testostorone levels? Please help....I am confused...

ipi, when I first started TRT it did make me sick, I had flu like symptions. I was told my body was adjusting to my hormones, it only lasted a few weeks and it did get a little bit better every day.

You have had only been on less than a month. give it time.
I am also on Defy plan but I do .35 ml of Test twice a week and HCG .10 ml everyday. Your body will have to get use to having Testosterone. You have gone from 200 to most likely around 800 so your body will need to adjust a bit. I cannot do shots once a week.If i do I feel like crap for a few days and that is why I moved to twice a week. its the same dose but just two shots and I dont that crash.

Where are you having pains at?
The dose Defy will start you on is going to be low and then after a while you will do new blood work and then adjustments will be made to bring you up to optimal range.
Remember that HCG will also increase your Test levels as well as the Cyp so you have to go at this the correct way.

SoCalSurfer,

you are right I have just started. I have some pain issues from before HCG/TRT treatment and I always blamed it on the very low T. I thought after doing the treatment my muscles and bones will have more energy and I will exercise more to make them come out of the painful spasms. I hurt my muscle bones easily and I had very low IGF-1, estorgen and T. Actually doin git twice a week make more sense to me. Defy doc gave me 0.80 of Test cyp onc eper week and I can split it to 0.40 twice a week. But I am also on HCG twice a week so I am confused. If test Cyp is dying in the body then HCG should take over, what do you say? How's the cycle like? Also I think I have antibodies for hashimotos and Imay have developed some arthritis (like fingers, shoulders) because of the low T which is probably reversable by exercising more.

Ipi How old are you?

I am not sure what you muscle and bone pain would be I am assuming you have gotten a diagnosis for that issue. I was under 200 when I started on TRT and didn't have any muscle or bone pain as you describe.

HCG is not the same as Cyp and they do not even come close to working the same. I would suggest you read the information on the site on both Cyp and HCG so you have a clear understanding how they work or get Nelson's book.

I was on Cyp for almost 3 years before going on HCG. I went on HCG for testicular atrophy (ball shrink).
There are some people who (like me) cyp does not last as long as others. there are some guys who can do weekly or even two week shots without any effects or swings up and down. I am sure Nelson or others will chime in on your ask.

I am concerned that you and the medical staff at Defy aren't communicating as well as you should be. You have been prescribed both testosterone and HCG - but these medications have different functions. Did Dr. Saya explain why he is prescribing HCG along with testosterone? You wrote that you "think" you have Hashimoto's antibodies; has this been confirmed by testing? Did you discuss this with the Defy team?

The bottle says

"TEST CYP 200 MG/ML. Inject 0.8/ milliliters intramuscular every 7 days".

I have a 3 ml/cc injection. The first marker on the injection is 0.5 and I pull 0.8 which 2 bars less than 1 and inject in the buttock which is not easy. Am I doing something wrong, is it 160 mg or 0.8?

Sorry but I'm just not buying it that Defy put you on that, that's a very antiquated protocol and Defy is much more pregressive than what you're saying.
