Fat neck and Face - is this Test or HCG related?

Since going off Sustanon and moving to a Test E and HCG strategy my face has changed quite drastically - despite losing 9 pounds of weight this month my work shirts are really uncomfortable around the neck and the skin there is looking leathery and loose, face is puffy as well.

I have never had this before and it is worrying me quite a bit - I look as though I have aged 5 years in 2 months. I suspect this is TRT related. 50mg Test E twice a week and 100iu of HCG a day.

Blood work at start of December had everything in range and looking good. Has anyone experienced this before? what is the likely reason?
