How often should it be checked I am seeing and hearing different opinions on it and I can't find a consensus. Hope I have not drove you all to drink yet. lol

Are you on a successful/stable protocol? Is it now a matter of maintenance, or are you still working to achieve a solid, dialed-in state? Do you have a good working relationship with your doctor? If so, what is his/her take?

In my own case, I am stable and test three times a year.

Well I am down in the gutter trying to work my way up to stable protocol. Working with defy think they said 8 weeks but some on here and speaking to others say sooner perhaps and I am seeing when it goes to low it maybe hard to get back to right range. I think my brain fog has gotten bit better second week but still have low libido ed etc.. On HCG for a month now and test just added the anastrolze so second week on that with pregnolone.

I was not that high I think if I recall 49 but I had symptoms that I noticed for sometime.

I'm about 3 months into TRT and to get dialed in I been testing every 4 weeks. If you change something it gives your body time to adjust to different protocols and show up in your labs. Also make sure you get the sensitive E test for men.

Make no changes four at least four, preferably six weeks. You can always have your own tests run through Discountrdlabs.com. Time is the key, hard as it is to be patient.

For me 12 weeks after starting TRT and then every 6 months. Personally I'm very happy with that shedule but I know we are all different.

Today I will be able to get start correct protocol if my meds are in also HCG says 30 days can you spread it to 6-7 weeks or no thanks I appreciate the info just have to get dialed in.

I am taking anastrole sp twice a week .25 my Estradiol was about 43 if I recall but that was a shot every 2 weeks. I think it's messing up my sleep horribly even after taking ambien to sleep would you stop it and then recheck but ti's like 4 days after taking a dose my sleep is still bad is this the anti estrogen causing this?

What do you mean HCG says 30 days? Its not something you "cycle" if that's what you mean?

I would think your estrogen is too low, I think too many people worried about their estrogen being too high.

You alluded to two week injections which in my opinion, you're wasting your time and money pulling E2 or anything else on such an archaic treatment plan. All the *modern* practices are twice per week injections, not sure what your situation there is but I wouldn't waste my time or money trying to manage such a rudimentary protocol.

I am having difficulty following what you wrote. What is your TRT protocol? Are you still injecting every two weeks, or is that an older protocol?nHow much testosterone, injected how often? How much AI taken, how often? Was the estradiol you posted taken via the sensitive assay?

HCG Meant expires sorry have been typing on the run but find out you can let it run to 11 weeks...

Doing injections weekly now may go to twice a week just having a hard time not wasting test lol with syringe.
Correct estradiol was senstive done by deffy but that was when I was doing a injection once every 2 weeks and had a testrone of 1400 and high estradiol thinking of stopping the anti estrogen having trouble sleeping and voice changes lol..
