@Cataceous . I take my estradiol valerate pill in morning . When do you think would be the right time to test serum estradiol levels? Also, do you think I should run estradiol valerate tablet once in morning or should I split it into morning and eve dose ( can you suggest time difference between doses)?
I am almost asymptomatic. EQ is great but not stable. It diminishes by end of the day ( I think something to do with effect of estradiol pills withering away). My hair quality has improved and surprisingly, lost a lot of water retention (judging by looks). For the first time in 7 years, my face looks normal ish. Joint pain has vanished.

Great so far . Libido still not up to the mark though but my energy levels and joint pain is gone completely.

I just had my consultation with defy and couldn't get the estrogen pills. Just thinking outside the box, would DBOL be a possible workaround to getting more estrogen?

You can also buy transdermal creams at karenmartel.com and likely elsewhere. I don't believe Dbol converts into the same type of estrogen so the answer to your question is probably not ,but worth a try if nothing else works.

I tried it briefly, but my E2 was already high, so I'm not sure why I thought it would help. Mostly seemed to slow down my digestion and worsened GERD symptoms.

I ended up getting some estradiol valerate oil the diluting it. It didn't work for me. Even at 50 mcgs it still spiked the estrogen too much for me. Something else is at play, but not sure what.

I wonder if you needed more androgens. Is t your protocol 125 or so a week?

I don't remember what my protocol was like at the time of this experiment - currently doing 37.5 mg test cyp EOD for 131 mg weekly. I'm done with prop after the massive peak levels drove down my HDL, among other issues.
