Ok so background first. I'm 35 was 34 when I lab tested found to find my test was very low about 300.(will attach some labs) sorry they are all out of order if you will look at collection dates.

Now I've had test come back kinda all over threw the years some time low some time low/average but never high or high/normal. But when it came back at 300 I started looking for ways to improve. Also had low sex drive and low sperms production. found enclomiphene ordered on line took 12mg every day for a month maybe longer. Had increased sperms production increased sex drive even started building muscle better. But emotions ran crazy wild pretty much only bad 1s. But I ran out of my script didn't get any more. Things calmed down but sex drive and sperms dropped. Sorry also during that time lab said test jumped to 600 doubled from last lab. Also took dim through out. I just got a new script took 12mg for 4 weeks straight every day with 600mg dim. Felt nothing sperm production almost nothing morning wood gone or very week no sex drive. But no mood swings. Well script ran out. Been off for 2 weeks and all the sudden sperms production is through the roof waking up rock solid sex drive is up. I did.keep taking dim and zma every day but just those have never had this effect. What do yall think is going on and how can I stay in this state? Sorry for the long winded post just trying to be descriptive. Ps have labs scheduleed for today probably have results in 2 weeks

A few thoughts... step one for low T is to eliminate the most obvious causes such as over-training, under-eating, poor sleep, poor conditioning and poor nutrition. It sounds like you are in a good place now so doing nothing (other than addressing any of the previous things) may be a good next step. If you go back on the enclomiphene, perhaps try every other day. Other things may be at play such a DHEA. I would get blood work again now to see what it looks like when you are in a good state.
