ED/low libido even with TRT

You're one of the few people Ive seen or read that seems to understand E in the presence of Low SHBG values and the effects it can have on those guys. I for one test only Estradiol, Free, when I have labs. Its logical and plausible that in a low SHBG environment where Free T is very high on a lab test, that the E is equally unbound and FREE to act on the body's systems.
I have lower SHGB , I find I don't do well with e2 under 40pg. So I don't think we can say that low SHGB needs lower E2. I got my current e2 level into the 60s and have great libido, mood, and function. Also the fact that THC helps the OP with libido\sensitivity. This seems to point more to neurotransmitters, stress, ect.

Do you have any updates on your treatment? I'm in a very similar situation, even the same experience using THC edibles. The only difference is that I believe my low libido was caused by Clomid, which I was taking before starting TRT

I'll share my labs here, in case someone wants to add some input:
Total T: 628 ng/dL
Free T: 176 pg/mL
Estradiol: 31 pg/mL
SHBG: 19 nmol/L
Prolactin: 11 ng/mL
DHT: 534 pg/mL
Nice to know I’m not the only weird one. I was told potentially that thc released dopamine. That maybe it was a neurotransmitter issue. I added p5p and l thrombine for that. But hasn’t helped.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
