E2 regular assay va sensitive

wondering if eclia « « regular assay »always overestimates e2 ,every comparaison between the two test I saw went this way,or does eclia sometimes underestimates e2.

since I cannot have sensitive assay I m trying to guess where my e2 could be.probably un impossible mission.the question I m asking myself is how did guys on trt do befor labcorp « invented »the sensitive lc ms assay.
