E2 Labs

Current protocol is 200iu HCG EOD and 40mg Test EOD. New labs state e2 at 48.6 (10-42) TT is always in the 1150 range.

This would put the T:E ratio at 23.6.

Libido and Ability have been pretty good as of late but not perfect. Water retention is an issue to some extent.

Should I try and bring e2 down just a bump?

Based solely on the T:E theory your E2 level is low, not high when calculated against a Total T of 1150. (Ideal range is 14-20.) That said, everybody has a different sweet spot for E2. Do you have past labs with a lower E2 where you felt better?

While this test is not a lab corp test, it is indeed ultra sensitive. Defy confirmed for me that it was a test using the same CPT code as they recommend.

I looked at the test results again for the LCMSMS but it doesnt say that. The nurse confirmed the CPT code matched for me though. Here's what it says....

Estradiol by TMS 48.6 H pg/mL 10.0-42.0
REFERENCE INTERVAL: Estradiol by TMS

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
