DSIP + Epithalon + Tirzepatide for Reducing Blood Pressure

Background:
I’m 50 years old, 4% body fat, lifelong lifter/ body builder on TRT. Post weight loss (100lbs) I was 113/71 on two blood pressure medications); my doctor had me drop one of my blood pressure meds and was still 120/80 BP for several months.R ecent mercury exposure pushed my blood pressure to 158/102. My doctor had me double up on blood pressure medication again, but it wasn't working. I decided to try peptides for lowering blood pressure. My BP was dropped to 130's over 80s after adding back one of the blood pressure medications, but started rising again into the 140's/90s.. I believe mercury poisoning and years of executive roles at companies was pushing my system into a strange sympathetic overload (my body refused to relax). My vascularity was always “on,” a sign my vascular tone was stuck in overdrive.

Notes:
  • For 1.5 years I've been doing ~1 hour per day of full body red light therapy; my observation is it seems to amplify the peptide effects.
  • I am a hyper-responder with peptides; my theory is ultra low bodyfat, ketosis, intermittent fasting, and 10 hours a week of fitness activity have likely amplified the effects.

Peptide Stack:
  • Tirzepatide (2.5 mg weekly) 10mg over 4 weeks
  • Epithalon (daily injectable) 10mg in 20 days
  • DSIP (nightly injectable) 5 mg in 20 days

After Peptides:
  • Blood pressure dropped to ~117/74 after I've gone just 17 days in the cycle.
  • Vascularity now able to soften or disappear fully at rest
  • Noticeable reduction in sympathetic overdrive and overall calmness

Takeaway:
This stack appears to be restoring vascular flexibility and lowering my baseline blood pressure beyond what medication alone achieved. I’m aiming to surpass my pre-mercury best and hit elite-athlete BP levels.

Why I Am Sharing:
Others should be aware that peptides can be used to lower blood pressure, and this stack worked particularly well. I believe DSIP has actually had crucial effects in this stack also (it's a less researched peptide, but I took a chance on it anyway). One notable side effect is it feels like I'm now able to enter a deep sleep/ dream state very quickly with this stack and I'm waking up refreshed in a way I haven't felt in years. I'm also feeling a "wholeness" or "peace" -- its hard to explain; I first started feeling this withing 48 hours of peptides and now its far more amplified 17 days in.

Tirazeptide Destroys Hunger
Also, I was planning on running a 7 week cycle of Tirazeptide, but I've decided I can't continue; its decimated my hunger and its only through calorie tracking & force feeding that I'm able to maintain anywhere near my 200grams of protein target per day (I'm at about 180lbs lean mass). I'm only going to do 4 weeks total of Tirazeptide -- because I've already gotten the effect I was looking for (reduced blood pressure).

Future Stack Frequency
I'm thinking I'll run this stack (Tirazeptide et al) again in 6 months to a year; I'm going to run a BPC, TB500, GHK-CU stack 3 times in a row over a year next. Really it depends on where blood pressure lands, and I'm targeting a permanent decrease in blood pressure; ideally I want to get off both blood pressure medications (I was off one of the two pre-mercury poisoning), but now I am back on both.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
