Blood Pressure scare

i had a stress test performed the other day and my initial pressure was 153/69.. very high in my view.
i am 50 and in good shape, not overweight. My arteries in my neck were scanned as was my heart and everything looked good. I also did well on the stress test ( tread mill ). They took my blood pressure while on the tread mill and when i first got off and they said my blood pressure “ normalized” and seemed to dismiss the initial reading and kind of joked that my pressure was high because i was afraid of the nurse..
of course now im still spooked about my blood pressure. I also read blood pressure meds cause hair loss??
are there any that dont cause hair loss?
what are some good natural supplements to keep a healthy blood pressure?
i dont smoke or drink.

If they used one of those automatic blood pressure machines I would not worry about one bad reading. I have had 3 of these autoBP machines half the time they don't give you a correct reading. Switch arms or readjust the cuff.

That's a funny question about blood pressure meds causing hair loss, that's a new one on me, never heard that before. One of the first things I would do to help lower blood pressure is get a good nitric oxide stack.

I do have my own sphygmomanometer that I use for reading my blood pressure every morning, I even took it to my doctor's office once to check my reading compared to theirs. My readings were very accurate. Because of my age and that heart disease runs in my family I feel is something I need to do, so I know if my blood pressure in a good range.

One single reading of your blood pressure doesn’t mean much. If you are worried about your BP buy a good BO machine and take measurements during different times of the time for a few days. I have white coat syndrome and my BP is really high at a medical setting. At home 100-120/68-80 range. TRT decreased my BP.
