draw needles necessary?

whats the reasoning behind draw needles?

is it a hygienic factor if you have rubber cap viles, does the needle get blunt when touching glass, or...? (speed aside)

I only get ampoules where I live that I have to draw up completely, so I‘m thinking about skipping my 18G draw needles once I run out of them and just draw using my 25G injection needles (which are fairly quick compared to the 27G I used before).

Shall I switch needles anyway before injecting?

My understanding is that it is a time saving thing. Use a larger gauge needle to draw and then a smaller one to inject.

I use 29g with T. Yes, it takes a bit of time to load, but painless and you pretty much do not lose any T.
