Doc told me to go to Vitalant and that they'd take the right amount, but he didn't say whether that would be their regular protocol for everybody or whether I'm supposed to tell them I'm on T.

I wouldn't tell them you're on TRT as they could deny your donation.

I agree with systemlord, they may not deny you but I wouldn't to tell them.

Whether you're on TRT or not, it's not really relevant. When I last donated, the techs told me my blood was of such high quality that it would be going for babies.
