When donating blood to the Red Cross, am I required to tell them I am on HCG & T? What happens if I don’t?

Doc told me to go to Vitalant and that they'd take the right amount, but he didn't say whether that would be their regular protocol for everybody or whether I'm supposed to tell them I'm on T.
