Not so much, but better to maintain consistency if you want consistent lab values. Also take note, total testosterone has a plus or minus 50-70 ng/dL accuracy.

Just my two. I've always done labs on injection day before I inject and if I'm using hcg, I'll skip that a couple days before my blood draw.

Day of injection feel like a million bucks but.....

So as the title implies, i feel great at 80mg of test cyp the day of injection, The problem im having is i feel like utter shit the days I dont inject; zero energy/focus. Im roughly 2.5 weeks in and this whole thing is starting to drive me nuts. Is it possible that i need to inject everyday? I...

When using exogenous T for testosterone replacement therapy we always want to test at true trough (lowest) point before your next injection.

Yes one can also test at peak but it is much harder to pinpoint the exact peak and even than you always need to know where your true trough sits whether starting TRT or tweaking a protocol.

Your true trough (84 hrs) post-injection would be Tuesday morning or Friday evening.

I would just stick wit Tuesday morning.

When using exogenous esterified T there will be an initial burst release and T levels start rising within the first few hours and true peak when using the most commonly prescribed esters (TC/TE) will be 8-24 hrs post-injection.

Keep in mind that all the studies on PKs other than the Xyosted (TE) study is based on IM.
