Does time of blood test matter when on TRT

So they typically want you to get T levels checked first thing in the morning.
If you are already on testosterone injections and HCG does the time of day even matter?

If someone injects more than once per week, I really think it does not matter what day you get your blood drawn. But if you are anal about, I would say right before the next injection.

It does not matter if you are on TRT. If you were not, fasting is best since breakfast can decrease T temporarily by 20% due to the insulin spike.
I’ve read that drinking a glucose beverage can reduce testosterone levels by up to 40% 60 minutes before a blood test. So would this insulin spike have the same effect for a person injecting testosterone or does this insulin only effect testicular testosterone production? Are spikes in insulin affecting injected blood test levels?
