Doctor changed my protocol

Am I the only one who is wondering WTH this is?

Every nurse/LPN that I spoke with at that clinic gave me a different answer. If I had to guess, it was probably Sustanon for the weekly injections then Sustanon/Enanthate for the every other week injection. My guess is based on the fact that I know another doctor trained by this one and that is the standard protocol that he uses at his office. It is also the reason I went with Defy because I didn't want to go with a local doctor that was a carbon copy of the one that I left.

Oddly, my two lower testosterone level blood draws were right after they gave me an injection and my highest level blood draw was prior to an injection. In other words, I guess the increase in blood testosterone levels isn't so immediate after an injection.

I just wanted to give updated labs on the new protocol of 80 mg cypionate, 500 iU HCG, and .125 mg Anastrozole every 3.5 days with 50 mg DHEA taken daily:

Testosterone, Serum 918 High ng/dL
Free Testosterone(Direct) 21.7 High pg/mL

Estradiol, Sensitive 46.1 High pg/mL

Sex Horm Binding Glob, Serum 38.4

DHEA-Sulfate 429.5 High ug/dL

TSH 0.748 uIU/mL
T4,Free(Direct) 1.26 ng/dL
Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum 5.4 High pg/mL

I do find it odd that more frequent injections managed to drop my SHBG. Also, the last time I spoke to my doctor, he said that a 40 to 50 estradiol level would be OK for my SHBG level, but my SHBG level dropped from its last reading of 51.6.

Here is the crazy thing, my hematocrit also dropped and I was told that I should consider donating blood, but I have yet to do it:

Feb 2018 lab: Hematocrit 45.7 % 37.5 - 51.0 01

November '17 lab: Hematocrit 48.6 % 37.5 - 51.0 01

Sadly, my cholesterol still sucks, but I think that is genetic:
Lipid Panel w/ Chol/HDL Ratio
Cholesterol, Total 183 mg/dL 100 - 199 01
Triglycerides 132 mg/dL 0 - 149 01
HDL Cholesterol 32 Low mg/dL >39 01
VLDL Cholesterol Cal 26 5 - 40
LDL Cholesterol Calc 125 High 0 - 99
T. Chol/HDL Ratio 5.7 High 0.0 - 5.0

Donating blood with a HCT of 45.7 % is ridiculous suggestion! You've consistently shown fT3 to be high, if I'm not mistaken this is hyperthyroidism.

Well, I am taking 97.5 mg of Nature Throid daily, so I am sure that has something to do with it. I'll post again after the followup with my current doctor, but I will say that my last doctor wasn't concerned with the high T3 level due to the medication. Granted, my former doctor wanted to prescribe a higher dose of desiccated thyroid medication to lower my overall TSH, and I didn't agree with that and neither did the new doctor.
