I was able to convice my doc to work with me on TRT. We bumped my dose to 80mg twice a week. A couple days after my second shot i felt way better than i have in a long time but after a while it kinda went away. I figured my E2 was way high no much for morning wood anymore but its not to bad. What would be your suggestions on how to lower my E2 without an AI. I'd like to stay about where i am for testosterone but if i have to lower it i will. Thanks in advance.

SHBG 24 11-80 nm
Test 848 300-890 ng
F Test 274 47-244 pg
E2 41 10-42 pg ultrasensitive
TSH 1.3 .3-4 unlt

If you're feeling better, I'd be hesitant to lower it.
Your E2 isn't all that high but if you're having symptoms, possibly look at Calcium D Glucarate or DIM.
As a very last resort a micro-dose of anastrozole.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
