Distinguishing pain on HCG monotherapy

I have been on 500iu 3x week and .50mg anastrazole once a week for a month now. I have not followed up with doc since I began. Testicles were very tender at first and occassionally felt mild stabbing pains especially in my left testicle. Years ago I had an endo prescribe one big shot of test once a month. I never went back because of the horrible protocol. I remember getting the same sharp pains, which I would relate to atrophy. I guess my question is: is there a specific type of pain associated with more test production from hcg monotherapy? Would it be the same as the sharp pains associated with atrophy? Or is it more of a "blue ball" feeling? Could my doseage actually be to low?

We are actively trying to have another child. Prior to hcg mono I have had excellent fertility and "volume."

Thank you

I experience a dull testicular ache when whey are atrophying and also when they are coming back to life. Never a sharp pain thought. But the dull ache always occurs whenever I increase or decrease my HCG dose

It would be astonishing if you were able to diagnose testicular function and or/testosterone level from the nature of pain in your scrotum/testicles. Semen samples and serum levels are the only way you'll know what your sperm count and testosterone levels are.
