DHEA and Pregnenolone best times to take

I am taking 25 mg of DHEA and 5 mg of pregnenolone. My DHEA levels have lowered over time and my latest labs showed it was significantly low and decided I wanted to give it a try. I am on enclomiphene 12.5 EOD. I was taking DHEA and Pregnenolone after dinner and the other night I had a panick attack in the middle of the night out of my sleep which was odd. My heart rate was through the roof; I was burning up it was unpleasant. Is it best to take DHEA in the AM and Preg in the PM? Or both in the AM?

I always take before bed. Maybe dhea and pregnenolone aren't for you.

Haven't heard of such side effects. If there is an underlying anxiety issue then I think it's possible that it could be triggered because dhea can have a stimulatory effect. I would take it in the morning.
