So I just started the process with defy, and got my labs back.
Some results are still trickling in, but my DHEA-Sulfate was "flagged high" on the lab.

eeeee.webp

Could someone explain DHEA to me? I was looking forward to setting up my consultation but now im worried this high dhea is going to bring things to a screeching halt?

Thanks for your time

Your labs are posted too small to read.

my apologies, the forums wont let me link a bigger version with only one post. Let me see what I can do, one sec!

Its really of no consequence as far as I'm concerned. DHEA is overhyped, over used, and over "prescribed"

I wasn't sure how much it mattered, I am getting ready to setup a consult + pay for it. I tried to do some googling but man you can go down a web md rabbit hole if you're not careful..

adrenal tumors galore per webmd lol

If you're naturally high dhea, I consider it a very good thing can be a sign of healthy adrenals. Your definitely a candidate for TRT with your labs.

Well there's nothing you can do about it being High, so....shrug. Like Vince says could be a sign of healthy adrenals which could be good for you. What I would suggest is that over the next few sets of labs you keep pulling DHEA-S and see if maybe this was a fluke.
