Can daily injections cause muscle damage and atrophy? I inject daily alternating between shoulders only. Could this be a problem long term? I use a 0.5” 28 gauge insulin pin.

I’ve been doing daily injections for about a year. I rotate between shoulders, thigh and the ventrogluteal muscle as Vince mentioned. I like the VG muscle the best. I never feel a thing and it’s an easy spot once you’ve done it a few times.
