Compounded testosterone cream application sites aside from the scrotum

What areas, aside from the scrotum, are suitable for applying testosterone cream? I'm experiencing rising DHT levels and am seeking an alternative that yields effective and desirable results.

I have been using it for a few years. Typically inside of thigh or arm pit at night after shower. Any area with shallow fat that will not rub off right away worked for me

I’ve used it on my inner thighs before and wouldn’t expect any issues with it transferring when applied there. If it helps, I used 150mg (3 clicks from a topiclick device) applied to the inner thighs and got a total testosterone of 980 with a free testosterone of 23.

Did you click twice on thigh in morning ? And any side effects

3 clicks (150mg) once in morning. Only issue I’ve experienced since starting TRT 3 years ago is some fluid retention. That was caused by the dose being inappropriate (too high. My provider is aggressive with dosing) and me not knowing better at the time.

What dose did you see the least fluid retention ?

150mg (3 clicks) once daily to the inner thighs.

The initial dose that caused issues was 100mg (2 clicks) twice daily to the scrotum. I think my total testosterone on that dose was something like 1800. Way, too high.

So 150 a higher dose once in the morning on the inner thighs had less side effects then a lower dose less times on scrotum area ?

Are you still using cream and do you shave the scrotum area before applying cream?
Yes. Still using cream. It’s been fine. So, no real reason to change and try anything else.

I shave my scrotum once a week. Not sure if it matters that much. I don’t have a particularly hairy scrotum to begin with.

Transference is much less a thing than you think it is, yes wash your hands, dress/cover your spots, but otherwise its my opinion of 7 or 8 years on cream that you need direct contact and some friction/sustained contact to get in the transference domain. Transference isn't incidental contact.
