CJC 1295/Ipamorelin and supplements

Hey guys,

I'm currently taking CJC 1295+Ipamorelin and wanted to get some thoughts around taking other supplements with regard to using these peptides and avoiding food/insulin.

I inject right before going to bed at least 2 hours after eating to avoid insulin interfering. I normally take some supplements before I go to bed to help with sleep/mood, which include melatonin, GABA, 5-HTP, theanine (taken only with water).

Since I started the peptides, I stopped taking these supplements. Would there be any interference by taking the supplements and peptides at bedtime like before? Or should they be avoided on the days I use the peptides?

Thank you!

I took melatonin with the CJC/IPAm with no issues at all. I am not familiar with the other supplements but I believe the peptides work different channels.

Overall healing and body recomp. It did not bump my igf1 as much as ibutamoren but it does something. I feel great and my skin never looked better (not that I really cared but I’ll take it). I think it has a lot of benefits. I also take melatonin, TRT, etc. I just did a thread on using Ipamorelin and CJC with some Anavar and had fantastic results with that

I've taken it also and I agree with this. I took all the other supplements I had taken before starting CJC/IP and noticed no difference in effects. On the other hand, I didn't notice any benefits such as Jim mentioned either.
