Guys,
I'm starting to notice as I work out that my chest seems like it's growing more on the bottom rather than the top...does that make sense? I started focusing more on incline as a result of this and switched my core chest exercises to incline first and flat thereafter. It always seems that when I lift heavy and gain body mass, my chest always gains some fat. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe its genetic but there has to be something that I can do to help my upper chest grow aside from incline dumbbells.
Thanks for your feedback.
