Can High Free T cause ED?

My doc recently wanted me to try a increase in dose was doing 12mg daily , we went to 14mg daily. The only thing the really changed by a significant amount was free T on the quest dialysis test. On 2 different tests I was at the top of the range and slight over there on the last.
TESTOSTERONE, FREE 171.8 H
Desired Result: 35.0-155.0 pg/mL
My highest when on 12mg daily was 118.6.
Could this cause erection issues? I can’t quite pin point it but it also seems to make me a little more on edge/uptight feeling.

For some people very high Free T levels can affect erections, more to the point an overabundance estrogen and/or free estrogen can affect erections.

Also note if you recently increase the dosage your testosterone levels are no longer stable which could affect everything across the board for at least 6 weeks.

They should be stable has been about 8 weeks. My estradiol on the 12mg was 34pg and on 14 was 36pg from the ultra sensitive quest test
