Blood Work?

When is a good time to get the blood work done if on TRT for high estrogen levels? I take 60 mg or Test Cyp twice a week and 350Iu HCG twice a week.

TestCyp on Tuesdays and Fridays and HCG one day before the TestCyp.
Should I get it checked the same day of the TestCyp injection (after the injection) let us say Friday or give it a few days.
