Guys on 60 mg twice a week and 350 iu HCG twice per week. Doctor lowered my dose from 80 mg twice per week after my estrogen was way high. Now based on the blood work that I did before lowering the dose:-
1- defy gave me AI with DIM. .50 mg after each 60 mg TestCYp.

2- take injections sub-q instead of intramuscular in the butt area.

I have following questions:-

1- what is Dim?
2- should I wait till next blood work before taking AI, I am a bit concerned about clotting after reading Nelson's article on excelmale.
3- will sub-q TestCYp help lower E2?

If your doctor is one of the doctors at Defy Medical (Dr. Crisler or Dr. Saya), and they said you need an AI, then I would listen to them. They both know what they are doing.

DIM is derived from cruciferous vegetables. I can't explain how it works, I just know that it helps to reduce estrogen. I use DIM w I3C at 200mg each once per day. I don't actually have a too high estrogen according to my bloodwork, but I do have issues with hot flashes from time to time and these seem to help.

By the way what should be the estrogen sensitive value be at?

Also if I am taking HCG on Thursday followed by TestCYp on Friday and then HCG on Monday followed by TestCYp on Tuesday, when is the best time to do my follow up blood work to find the right values of estrogen and Testostorones?

I3C, from what I was told, is the parent molecule of DIM...I was told both together (or one product that has them already combined) is the best thing to do.

Ah, I see. I would just go ahead and give Defy a call. They can probably ask one of the doctor's real quick whether or not they want you to hold off taking the AI.

What was your estradiol on the previous dose?

It was 58 in a blood work that I did two days after the TestCYp injection, where should it be? I took HCG a day before TestCYp. Also I was taking TestCYp IM and HCG sub-q but now defy changed TestCYp to sub-q. I heard that taking sub-q also slows down the estrogen spike, I just read it somewhere. BTW what is anstrazole made of?

Yes, it's all natural. It's way safer than taking an AI, for sure. I'm not sure if there are any side effects, but I've sure not noticed any after taking them for 8 months. I believe there are also cancer preventing properties as well.

Vince I think you told me that you do subq TestCYp. Where is the best place to inject. I have lots of fat in the abdomen specially lower abdominal area....

That's hard to say, because I started taking it within a few weeks of my first shot and before my second round of testing. I had a very low estrogen and T when I first started (less than 6 on estrogen and it was 61 on T), so my E and T jumped considerably after just my first shot. But I will say that the most recent test I did showed a 3 point drop in E from just 6 weeks ago.

But it DID help with symptoms, mainly hot flashes and bloating. I never feel bloated and the hot flashes have subsided considerably.
